The South Yorkshire Centre of the Caravan & Motorhome Club hold an annual May Day rally at Epworth Showground, where they organise various social activities as well as a grand raffle to raise funds for the centres 3 local nominated charities.

The weekend starts with a family social in the marquee on Friday evening, and then a childrens' sports day on the Saturday morning. This is followed by a 'strongest man' competition and then Sunday sees the crowning of their new centre queen along with their spring fayre.

Wayne Langford from the South Yorkshire Centre commented, "Over the weekend raffle tickets are sold for a grand raffle on the Bank Holiday Monday morning and this year we had in excess of 60 prizes donated, including 2 fantastic prizes from Whale Pumps. A total of £2,300 was raised over the weekend which is fantastic!"
