Christmas Jumper Day 2019

£300 raised for Save the Children on Christmas Jumper Day 2019

Whale employees (L-R) Antoaneta Nikolova, Sharon Lawson, Michelle Hamill, Damian Burns and Christine Brown in their festive knits

On Thursday 12th December 2019 Whale employees celebrated Christmas Jumper day by wearing their favourite winter woolies and taking part in some games all in aid of Save the Children UK. Save the Children exists to help every child reach their full potential. In over 100 countries, they make sure children stay safe, healthy and keep learning.

Our Christmas Jumper Day best dressed competition was a huge hit with five of our employees claiming a prize.

1st prize - Matthew Morris as The Grinch

2nd prize - Kay Dempster as Buddy the Elf

3rd prize - Chris Bolton and Conor Davie as the Christmas Jumper Twins

4th prize - Scott Orr and his Santa Suit and Tie

A big thank you to all our employees who donated, dressed up and took part in our games throughout the morning. Together, you are helping every child become who they want to be.
